- Topic Relevance
- The article must strictly correspond to one of the conference topics. Submissions outside the conference scope will be declined.
- Language
- Articles must be written in English or Russian.
- Article Structure
- Each manuscript should include:
- Introduction
- Materials and Methods
- Results and Discussion
- Conclusion
- Acknowledgments (optional)
Article Length
- Minimum of 20,000 characters (without references), equivalent to ~5 pages using the publisher’s template.
Authorship
- Maximum 5 authors per article.
- If the article exceeds 35,000 characters, additional authors may be considered.
- Each author can only be listed on up to 2 articles in the same issue.
- No more than 3 authors if the article is under 35,000 characters.
References
- Must include 10 to 20 references for standard-length articles.
- May exceed 20 if the article is over 35,000 characters.
- No self-citation (authors cannot cite their own works).
- Citations of a single author must not exceed 1 reference.
- At least 70% of the referenced sources should have been published in the last 5 years (except for fundamental works).
- Excessive citation of one journal or one author is discouraged.
- Prefer peer-reviewed international journal articles.
Formatting Requirements
- Prepare manuscripts in Microsoft Word (2007 or later).
- All figures, tables, and diagrams must be in English.
- Plagiarism Check: Minimum originality of 80% (excluding references).
- Previously published content is prohibited (small excerpts up to 15% are permitted if essential for scientific clarity).
Abstract Requirements
- At least 100 words in length.
- Must succinctly summarize the core content and value of the article (not just the conclusion).
